If you're looking for a place you can trust in getting your car fixed with a friendly staff that cares about their customers satisfaction, Waterloo Transmission in Canton Ohio is the place you want to check out. The owner Justin Westover took care of all my cars issues and needs. He was upfront on cost and work involved. I gave him the ok to get the work done and to my surprise my cost was actually lower than he originally quoted me. I will definitely do business with him and his shop staff again. Thanks guys for all your hard work, my car is running like new again. I'm a happy customer. 😁

I had my transmission replaced here and had a great experience. Justin was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process and was very transparent about everything that was going on with my vehicle. Since I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, he took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I also appreciated that they looked the entire vehicle over and brought any concerns to my attention so I could be confident that my car was safe to drive. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and I felt they genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was repaired properly and safely. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing automotive repairs.

I showed up to drop off and had issues trying to get in contact with Enterprise. He took the time to drop me off at Enterprise as it was going to be a while before they could pick me up. He knew I was trying to finish work and get to Cedar Point to meet my family before I headed home. He gave me several options and he was super fair with his recommendations. Rather than sell a guy from out of state a bunch of stuff I didn't need he did me a solid and told me hey let's at least change your trans fluid to get you home. I was able to finish my work, get to Cedar Point and enjoy a day of roller coasters and I made it home 5 hours away. Took it in to my local Chevy dealer and come to find out my valve body was toast. I was super appreciative of these guys as most places would have taken too long to get me in, sold me a bunch of crap I didn't need or steer me in the direction of keeping me there to get more money for themselves. Justin did what was right. Got me home at the lowest cost possible. The trans fluid chan

Had a great experience with this transmission shop. They worked on my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4x4 and did an excellent job from start to finish. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. They kept me constantly updated and explained everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their work. I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing transmission work done.
